We are excited to offer our clients an alternative option for care for those workers who need to take additional safety precautions and when in-clinic options are temporarily unavailable, to ensure treatment continues.
Our platform supports Therapy Direct’s dual objectives of treating injured workers and staying focused on return to work goals.
Therapy Direct is utilizing Telehealth services through trusted provider groups in our network. Through TeleHealth, using video conferencing, we can make treatment available for those who want to take additional safety precautions, from the comfort of their own homes.
What is Telehealth?
Telehealth therapy is a physical medicine solution that is provided by a licensed therapy provider over a technology platform instead of in a clinic. TeleHealth can deliver therapy to people who cannot travel to a clinic. This allows experts in rehabilitation to engage in a clinical consultation at a distance to keep us all safe and healthy.

What’s involved in a Telehealth visit?
- Utilize video conferencing through computer, tablet, or smartphone
- Work one-on-one with you to assess your condition and provide real-time feedback
- Provide modifications and recommendations on current programs and exercises
- Continue your physical medicine progress without disruption or regression
